Cidras, Toronjas rosadas y amarillas de grano, Naranjas agrias, Limónes criollos de FInca Yabisi y un toque de Limón originario de Costa Rica crecido en Ciales por unos amigos. Utilizamos la cáscara del Cacao de Finca Yabisi por su contenido de pectina y flavonoides e incorporamos su pulpa para endulzar y balancear sutilmente la cantidad necesaria de caña evaporada orgánica para que cuaje la mermelada como debido.
Cider citrus, pink and yellow Grapefruits, sour Oranges, Limones criollos from Yabisi Farm and a touch of Limes originally from Costa Rica grown in Ciales, P.R. by some friends. We use the Cocoa husks from Yabisi Farm for its content of pectin and flavonoids. We also incorporate it’s pulp to sweeten and subtly balance the necessary amount of organic evaporated cane to set the marmalade as it should.
